BECAUSE…
Because
my
Saviour
came
To
dwell
on
earth
with
men,
I
know
how
much
my
Father
God
loves
me,
For
He
sent
His
Son
to
die
On
the
Cross
at
Calvary,
As
a
sacrifice
of
love
to
set
me
free.
Because
my
Saviour
died
On
the
Cross
that
blessed
day,
And
took
upon
Himself
my
pain
and
sin,
I'm
no
longer
bound
by
fear,
From
guilt
and
shame
I've
been
set
free,
And
to
God's
presence
I
can
freely
enter
in.

Because
He
rose
again
And
ascended
to
His
throne,
Where
forever
He'll
be
at
His
Father's
side,
I
now
have
eternal
life,
And
one
day
will
dwell
with
Him,
When
He
comes
again
to
claim
His
Holy
Bride.

Yes,
because
my
Saviour
lives,
Death
no
longer
has
a
sting,
And fear and doubt no longer flood my soul.
For
when
I
asked
Him
to
forgive,
And
gave
to
Him
my
heart,
He
touched
my
life
and
now
He's
in
control.
