our world today, the word LOVE
is used very loosely to describe
all sorts of feelings that
people have for one
another. Most people have
no idea of the true meaning of
the word.
True love is described in the
Bible in 1 Corinthians
13:4-8, and this is the kind of
love we should aim to have
towards each other.

IS LOVE
Love
is patient; love is kind;
It is faithful to the end.
Love is not jealous, it does not
boast…
Love the broken heart will mend.
Love is not proud, love
understands;
Love will never hurt or wound.
Love does not insist on having
its way –
Love to another's needs is
tuned.
Love thinks not evil, is not
resentful –
Love will never hold a grudge.
Love does not condemn when
things go wrong –
True love will never judge.
Love bears all things, believes
all things,
And true love will never lie.
Love hopes all things, endures
all things,
And love will never, ever die. The
only place to find love like
this
Is in your Father up above…
So reach out your arms to God
right now,
For you see – GOD IS LOVE.
