HE IS ALWAYS BY MY SIDE

Jesus is the cornerstone
On which I build my life…
He's my Saviour, my Redeemer, and my friend.
He's my refuge, He's my shield,
He's my shelter from the storm,
And on Him, and Him alone, I can depend.

He's the rock of my salvation;
My help in time of need…
When I speak His name my enemies must flee.
When He died upon the cross,
Then rose up from the grave,
From the power of sin and death He set me free.

By His stripes my wounds were healed,
By His blood I've been washed clean ‑
His love has cast out every fear and doubt,
For His love is never-ending…
It has touched and made me whole,
And I know that He will never cast me out.

His grace is all I need,
His joy will be my strength,
And His Word will light my way and be my guide.
As I wait on Him alone,
His Spirit fills my soul,
And I know that He is always by my side.
