Throughout God's Word He promises us that, no matter what we are going through, He is there beside us. He promises us that, if we will just call out to Him, He will be there to help us. So, we know this must be true, because God said it in His Word, and He cannot lie.
So, whenever you are in trouble, trust Him and just reach out to the Lord and know that He will be there for you.

HIS PROMISES ARE TRUE

If you're lonely and discouraged,
And constantly afraid;
If you feel there is no reason to go on –
Just give your heart to Jesus,
For on Him you can depend…
He's the rock that you can build your life upon.

If you're tired and so weary,
With foes on every side,
And you feel you need a shelter from the storm –
Just call out to your Saviour,
For He will hear your every call,
And He will always keep you safe and warm.

For you see, He came to heal you,
And to set the captives free
From each and every feeling of despair.
He's your refuge and your shelter…
A mighty tower, safe and strong –
In your time of need He always will be there.

So give your life to Jesus;
He's calling you right now
From His place beside the Father up above.
His arms are soft and gentle,
And His promises are true,
And He wants to give you His unending love.
