The constant desire of my heart is to serve the Lord in every way I can, and the only way I, or anyone else, can do this is to be completely yielded to Him.  The whole purpose of my life is to make a difference for Him and be the best example I can be of His love and grace.  Every day I pray that something I do will touch someone's life and help them to make a decision to follow the Lord.  I pray that this is your desire too.

 

LET ME MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Lord, let me make a difference
In my short time here on earth.
Please use me as Your instrument
And make my life of worth.

Lord, fill me with Your Spirit,
With Your peace and with Your love,
So I can let the whole world know
That You are waiting up above.

Lord, let Your love flow through me
And touch someone in need.
Let me minister Your peace, my Lord,
And plant a fruitful seed.

Lord, please let that seed grow tall and strong
In the heart You want it to,
And let that heart feel love and peace
In the same way that I do.

I want them to know, if they only ask,
You will pardon and forgive.
Then they, too, can walk with You,
And truly start to live.

So Lord, let me make a difference –
Please let me play my part –
And, so I can, I give to You
My whole life, not just my heart.

Take my life and mould it, Lord,
To do nothing but Your will,
Then send me out and use me, Lord,
Your purpose to fulfil.
