No matter what we do or where we go in our lives, the one thing we should never do is doubt that our Father in heaven loves us.  In His Word He told us of the many things He has promised us that prove this to be true, and of course we must never forget the ultimate sacrifice He made to reassure us that He loves us - the fact that He sent His Son to die on the Cross to set us free from all our sins, our pain and our suffering, and then to rise again on the third day to ensure that we have eternal life.  All He asks of us in return is for us to repent of our sins, to receive Jesus Christ as our Saviour and our Lord, and to give our lives to Him.  Let me ask you - is that too much to ask?  I personally don't think so, and I pray that you don't either.  So, if you haven't already given your life to the Lord, I beg you to please do so now.

NEVER DOUBT THE FATHER LOVES YOU

Never doubt your Father loves you
In dark times of sorrow and fear,
For He knows what you are going through,
And He'll wipe away each tear.

Didn't He send His Son, Jesus,
To die on the cross in your place?
What a wonderful gift that was,
Of His amazing love and grace!

He gave His life so that you might live
A life free of pain and doubt,
And when it all seems too much to bear,
You'll find His arms are reaching out.

When you come into His presence,
And you bow your head in prayer,
Never doubt that He is listening,
For He's promised He'll be there.

If He seems to be slow to answer,
And you think He's shut the door,
When He finally gives you what you ask,
Won't you praise Him so much more?

So don't give up, don't be discouraged,
But let Him take complete control,
Then joy and peace will fill your heart,
And His love will flood your soul.
