Precious Saviour, Lord and King

Precious Saviour, Lord and King,
I lift my voice, Your praises to sing.
Please, with Your Spirit, my heart fill,
Until all I desire is to do Your will.

Open my eyes so I can see
The truth in Your Word revealed to me.
Expose those who practice to deceive,
And keep me safe from the webs they weave.

Break my hardened heart of stone,
And fill it with love for You alone,
Then send me out, Your message to share
With all the lost for whom You care.

Protect my mind from Satan's lies -
Help me to be faithful, just and wise -
And may everything I say and do
Guide others along their road to You.

As I seek Your face, may others see
Each day more of You and less of me.
May I to them be a guiding light,
Strong and confident; shining bright.

Then, when my life on earth is through,
Please take me home to be with You,
So forevermore, before Your throne,
I can worship You, and You alone.
