Sometimes i find it hard
Sometimes I find it hard
On my mouth to put a guard,
And I say things I don't really want to say.
For all I really want to do
Is give my heart to You,
And worship You each moment of the day.

I find it hard to comprehend
Why You would be my friend,
For I'm not worthy of the love You've given me,
But You showed me that You care,
With a love none can compare,
When You died upon the Cross at Calvary.

You've set me free from sin,
To my heart You have come in,
And now all I want to do is sing Your praise.
By Your precious blood I know
I've been washed as white as snow,
So I will worship You for all my days.

May everything I do
Give glory to none but You –
May each word I speak reveal Your love and peace –
So that others may truly see
What You've revealed to me,
That from pain and sorrow only You can bring release.

Oh, Lord Jesus, hear my plea,
As I humbly bend my knee
In reverence as I come before Your throne.
Please show me now Your will,
As I wait here, quiet and still,
For You to touch me and break my heart of stone.
